What We Guarantee
DELAY? WE PAY!
If we’re not on time for your scheduled appointment, we pay you $5.00 for each minute late, up to $300. That’s our way of showing how much we value your business and respect your time.

Our employees are knowledgeable, highly trained, friendly, and thoughtful. At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, our technicians have apprenticed with master plumbers and are skilled at their craft. They take continuing education courses and regularly attend seminars to stay up to date on all the latest practices and fixtures. When your project is complete, they will leave your home spick and span- otherwise, your service is on the house.
CLEARCUT PRICING
Repairs and installation don’t have to be complicated. We’ll explain all the costs up front, and allow you to ask questions. Your project doesn’t begin until you’re on board.
